FAQ

Can I freeze my cupcake and how should I store the cupcake overnight for consumption the next day?

Our cupcakes have been previously frozen so shouldn’t be refrozen. Store the cupcake in a cool place, in their box or ideally transfer them to a cake tin. Please don’t refrigerate.

Are the gluten free, Vegan and standard cupcakes prepared in separate kitchens?

All our cupcakes are prepared in the same kitchens using the same equipment but are prepared in separate batches.

If the cupcake is delivered on a Saturday, will it be OK for Sunday or Monday?

Yes. As a guideline, our cupcakes should ideally be consumed within 3 days of the packing date. As there is no delivery service on a Sunday, cupcakes posted on a Friday to arrive on a Saturday may occasionally be delivered on the following Monday, in which case they should ideally be consumed that day.

What is the latest time I can order a cupcake for same day dispatch?

We accept orders until 1pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. All orders received after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday as long as this doesn’t fall on a bank holiday. In this instance, orders will be dispatched on the next working day.

Where do you deliver to?

Please ensure you indicate on the checkout page a suitable place to leave the cupcake package so it will remain in its optimum condition for the recipient.

Do you deliver at weekends or on public holidays?

Where can I find allergen information about the products?

All our ingredients are listed in the Ingredients section. Our cupcakes and other products are made in a facility that handles the following allergens: eggs, nuts, mustard, milk, wheat and other cereals containing gluten. No alcohol is specifically used in the production of any of our cupcakes but the natural vanilla extract we use in both frosting and sponge is supplied to us in an alcohol suspension. For further information about any specific product range on this website, please contact us. Ingredients specific to your chosen cupcake will be included in the box for the recipient.
